{"id":44978,"date":"2024-08-27T05:08:32","date_gmt":"2024-08-27T10:08:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/politicosaldesnudo.com.mx\/?p=44978"},"modified":"2024-08-26T20:56:03","modified_gmt":"2024-08-27T01:56:03","slug":"exhorta-amcham-a-evaluar-consecuencias-de-reforma-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/politicosaldesnudo.com.mx\/index.php\/2024\/08\/27\/exhorta-amcham-a-evaluar-consecuencias-de-reforma-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Exhorta Amcham a evaluar consecuencias de reforma judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>American Chamber of Commerce of M\u00e9xico (Amcham) exhort\u00f3 a evaluar las consecuencias de la reforma al poder judicial porque observa riesgos de independencia, y un potencial retroceso en la profesionalizaci\u00f3n de la justicia especializada.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, indic\u00f3 que la reforma implica incremento en costos, reducci\u00f3n de la efectividad del sistema judicial y la generaci\u00f3n de incertidumbre para la inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En un comunicado, el organismo plante\u00f3 que la reforma representa un retroceso porque en el Anexo 23-A del TMEC, M\u00e9xico se comprometi\u00f3 a tener tribunales laborales independientes, y en el Cap\u00edtulo 31 qued\u00f3 establecido el uso de medios alternativos de resoluci\u00f3n de disputas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstos mecanismos son esenciales para resolver conflictos empresariales de manera eficiente y reducir la carga de trabajo del sistema judicial. Los cambios propuestos podr\u00edan comprometer el cumplimiento del TMEC\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la entidad quien tambi\u00e9n llam\u00f3 a crear pol\u00edticas que fortalezcan la seguridad jur\u00eddica y la competitividad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHacemos un llamado a continuar el di\u00e1logo para evaluar cuidadosamente las potenciales consecuencias de esta reforma y otras, y reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de colaborar en la creaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que fortalezcan la seguridad jur\u00eddica y la competitividad de M\u00e9xico\u201d, mencion\u00f3 el organismo.<\/p>\n<p>La Amcham coincide con el Embajador Ken Salazar en la visi\u00f3n de una integraci\u00f3n M\u00e9xico-Estados Unidos que transforme la regi\u00f3n en un ejemplo de prosperidad econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>Esta visi\u00f3n, destac\u00f3, requiere certeza jur\u00eddica, transparencia judicial y claridad en la aplicaci\u00f3n de las leyes.<\/p>\n<p>Expuso que M\u00e9xico favorece la inversi\u00f3n y el crecimiento de las empresas, las cuales han generado millones de empleos por d\u00e9cadas pasadas y futuras.<\/p>\n<p>La instituci\u00f3n expuso que su historia conjunta con 19 administraciones de Estados Unidos y 22 de M\u00e9xico ha mostrado que el di\u00e1logo, el an\u00e1lisis yl encontrar coincidencias en medio de las diferencias, reside la clave para superar cualquier desaf\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, esta lecci\u00f3n no ha sido distinta, y hoy, Amcham\u00a0sigue confiando en M\u00e9xico\u201d,
